These terms cover your use of the Path Gone Android game and this product website, provided by Fehistro Studio. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Using the game
You may use Path Gone for personal, non-commercial play, subject to these terms and applicable law. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.
2. Progress and local saves
Levels, achievements, hint tokens, cosmetic fragments, wardrobe unlocks and preferences are stored locally. The app has no account-based cloud-save service, and the current Android build disables app backup. Clearing storage, resetting progress, uninstalling or losing your device can remove progress. Recovery is not guaranteed.
Levels, rewards, progression and features may change in updates. No specific future world, level, cosmetic item or release date is promised by a preview or development screenshot.
3. Hints, fragments and cosmetics
Hint tokens, fragments and cosmetic unlocks are in-game benefits. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and are not transferable between players. Cosmetic items change appearance rather than the underlying puzzle rules. An unlocked item may be equipped without paying its unlock cost again.
4. Ads and daily challenges
The app includes banners and may offer optional rewarded ads for specific benefits, such as a hint or another Daily Challenge attempt. Ad availability depends on your connection, privacy choices, provider inventory and technical conditions. A benefit is granted only when the required completion is confirmed; closing an ad early may not grant it.
Daily rewards are awarded once for the eligible date. Replaying a completed daily challenge does not provide duplicate daily rewards. Development test ads do not establish production ad availability.
5. Fair use
Do not exploit errors to obtain rewards, interfere with advertising or consent systems, distribute harmful or misleading copies, or use the game or website to infringe others' rights. Nothing here restricts activities that applicable law expressly permits.
6. Ownership and third-party services
Path Gone's branding, artwork, game content and website materials are owned by or licensed to Fehistro Studio. Permission to use the game does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute its content commercially. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.
Android, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Google's User Messaging Platform and the website's hosting provider operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or all of their behavior.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the game and website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
